BREAKING NEWS- My Complaint Against Biden's Lawyer Gets an Answer

Kevin Morris is as corrupt as they come– and has friends in high places.

The corrupt and lying Biden family seem to have the lawyer they deserve.

And the Deep State is very, very happy to protect that lawyer no matter what he does. I promise you it's a cracking story.

First some background.

As many of you know we made a movie about Hunter Biden's corrupt and debauched life as a bag man for his corrupt and debauched family.

My Son Hunter is the story of how when Joe Biden was vice president and responsible for the country's foreign policy his son Hunter received tens of millions of dollars from various private and semi state owned companies for vague undefined services.

It was clear corruption.He got the money because he was a Biden and because they wanted to corrupt Joe Biden and buy influence. And the money was meant for all the family including Joe. Hunter even said in his emails he was preserving 10% of all the money he received “for the big guy” his father - the current president of the United States. 

We know all this because Hunter - who was strung out on drugs during most of this time - left his laptop at a repair shop and his hard drive had every email spelling out every dirty deal.

It had the makings of a great movie. 

Exotic locations, Hunter Biden’s penchant for drugs, women, hookers and strip clubs and a lost laptop with the FBI protecting the Deep State.  Throw in a media coverup and it's a surefire drama - especially when all this took place against the backdrop of a looming presidential election.

Directed by Robert Davi, the movie stared Gina Carano (Star Wars, Deadpool) & Lawrence Fox (Godsford Park). We filmed the movie in Serbia because it seemed like the right location– far from prying eyes. 

Or so we thought.

The movie attracted a lot of attention so it was no surprise when we were approached by Kevin Morris who said he was a retired lawyer turned documentary filmmaker and was making a documentary about Hunter Biden for South Park. 

He said he wanted to interview everyone involved in the movie and film on the set. We gave him pretty much full access and he asked a lot of questions - particularly about our research and our understanding of how the laptop came into the public domain.

Six months later Morris was exposed as being Hunter Biden’s lawyer. 

Kevin Morris co-founded Morris Yarn, an entertainment law group with such clients as Trey Parker and Matt Stone, Matthew McConaughey, Scarlett Johansson, Chris Rock, and many others.

Not only that he was pursuing a conspiracy theory trying to prove the laptop was stolen and tampered with. This was false as the FBI admitted at Hunter Biden's subsequent trial. 

The laptop and its contents were genuine. 

It was also revealed that Kevin Morris had secretly given Hunter Biden millions to pay off his tax debts (which Hunter spent on partying a later court case revealed). Now, the California Bar AssociationIs is quite clear that lawyers are not allowed to misrepresent themselves when they approach people whilst working for their client. 

If they are out gathering information and evidence then they must declare they are lawyers and who their clients are. Morris did not do that and in fact hid who he was and that he was gathering evidence for Hunter Biden.

So I made an ethics complaint against Kevin Morris to the State Bar Association because that is exactly what he had done.

Now, just two years later the Bar Association has issued a judgment…

Kevin Morris sang them a story and they chose to believe everything he said. They didn't ask me for clarification, they didn't ask me for further evidence. They just took his word for everything.

It really is nice to be a Biden and a friend of the Biden Golden Circle. The Bar Association has delivered another pardon for those in the Biden circle of influence. 

Had they had done an even rudimentary investigation they would have found Kevin Morris told one story to a Congressional inquiry under oath and another story to them.

The committee investigated the Biden family corruption and they subpoenaed Kevin Morris.  They published a transcript of Morris’s testimony. And there in black-and-white MorrisMorris told the committee he has been Hunter Biden's lawyer since 2019. 

This is from the transcript:

“I was first introduced to Hunter at a campaign event for then-Vice President Biden in the winter of 2019. A week later, I was asked to help him with some potential legal  issues in the entertainment industry.

 A week after the fundraiser, I went to Hunter's house in Los Angeles. We spoke  for four or five hours about legal issues and other problems he was facing at the time……… 

Although he was being harassed by paparazzi, as well as people coming onto his property and threatening him, he had no security protection.

In general, I was concerned that Hunter did not have the level of support he needed. I stepped in to assist.

I have worked hard to create a life that has allowed me to help my family and friends when they have needed it, and I did so with Hunter.

In addition to legal advice and friendship, over the course of the past four years I have loaned Hunter money to help him through his difficulties."

However, the Bar Council rejected my complaint because they accepted his assertion that he was not representing Hunter Biden at the time of his infiltration of our movie set in 2021. 

Morris either lied to them or he lied to the House Oversight Committee. 

Or he is making the ludicrous claim that he could suddenly not be Hunter Biden’s lawyer when he wanted to be but still gather information about his case- except it was for a documentary and he would never use it in his legal cases. 

Yeah, sure.

It took them two years for the State Bar to deal with the ethics complaint but they never asked me to comment on this false assertion by Morris and it seems they failed to even google the transcript of his evidence to the committee.

The State Bar also accepted Morris' defence and said that one of the “documentary team” sent an email with his name in it and “encouraged you to research each of the three documentarians individually”. 

According to the State Bar this meant Morris did not conceal who he was working for. It was really my fault for not using google - for not doing proper research.

However at that time of the infiltration (Nov 2021) it was not public information that Morris was Biden's lawyer. The fact that Morris was representing Hunter Biden was not public until it was reported on CBS in May 2022. (Morris leaked it to CBS after he himself was infiltrated by a group of conservative investigators and they were going to reveal his role in representing and funding Hunter Biden.)

According to the State Bar Complaints Unit, Kevin Morris was not deceptive because I should have somehow been able to find out information that was not publicly available anywhere. 

Now I like to think I'm a pretty good investigative journalist,but even I, working in Serbia, can't find non-public information. Especially if that information is if a certain lawyer is representing a certain client who wants it to remain private.  

I will appeal the ruling. 

I'm skeptical the establishment will ever make the Biden Golden Circle face the consequences of their actions. 

After all this is the same Bar Association that refused to take action against “Erin Brocovich” fraudster Tom Girardi as he robbed literal widows and orphans over a 40 year legal career. The Bar Association even accepted gifts and hospitality from Girardi as they were supposed to be investigating him. 

Kevin Morris is safe from them.

Probably.

But in the end Kevin Morris is a sad figure. He has given away over $6.5m to the spoiled loser son of Joe Biden,  the biggest loser of them all.

He has wasted his money trying to buy his way into a family that has been roundly rejected by the American people.  He will never see his 6 million again.  

Unfortunately for Morris, stupidity is not a pardonable offense and he is a stupid, sad figure on the periphery of a failed president and his corrupt son.
